-How do I register?

Registration is quick and easy and can be done by clicking the Login/Register button on the top right

corner of our homepage. Fill in the requested information, review our terms and conditions and click

submit to complete the process. You can then login to your account with the username and password

you provided.

-Is it mandatory to register?

Although we always take extra care when it comes to any products you buy from us, but where

as few items like vegetables You can carry out your shop with a guest account as well but we

would recommend registering to avail of exciting offers and vouchers emailed to your account.

SUNDAY -  12 pm to 3 pm (Optional Deliveries Only )


-Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

All items excluding vegetables and other frozen/chilled items can be returned provided they are in their

original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. Any refund due will be credited

within 5-7 working days of us receiving the goods.

-What if the ordered item is not available at the time of delivery? 

Most of our stock is updated on a regular basis but sometimes if there is any product that we don’t have

from your order then one of our staff will contact you to arrange alternate product of your choice or

refund the value of that particular product which we don’t have  in stock 

-What if the alternate product cost is higher than the product cost of what customer ordered ? 

If the alternate product price difference is less than a euro then we usually don’t ask to pay but if

the alternate product price difference is more than 1 euro then we will ask to pay to delivery staff

or in your next purchase . If customer selected alternate product at lower price then we always

refund the difference amount to customer account .

-Vegetable Quality & Issues?

All though we always take extra care when it comes to any products you buy from us, but where

as few items like vegetables which are perishable are very challenging this for us.  We always

get fresh vegetables from our suppliers on Tuesday , Wednesday & Friday's. Although we

always supply fresh vegetables to our customers but where as they might be some damage

during the transportation  especially leaf vegetables.

Note: Since vegetables are perishable items,Please report any quality issues for vegetables

within 24hrs ( from the time you receive your delivery )to with picture proof .

AsianMart is not responsible for any complaints which we revive after 24 hours of your delivery .


-Can I collect my shop in person?

Yes We do allow walk-in customers from 10am to 7pm

There is plenty of on street parking available around the shop making it easily accessible for pickup.


- How long does it takes to deliver my order

Please check our delivery schedule

- Is there a minimum or maximum weight restrictions

There is no minimum weight but however there is maximum weight which is 30kg for order and we will

contact you by phone or email if your order exceeds this weight

- What if I need to place bulk order

If your order exceeds 200 euro of cost or 30 kg of weight then we will contact you by phone or email,

once its agreed we will arrange your delivery

- What if I have Frozen/ Chilled items in my order

Frozen/Chilled Items are delivered only with in Dublin and within reasonable distance , If we believe the

distance is too far from our Delivery centre ( Dublin 7) then we will contact you by phone or email

- What If I live in an Apartment block and I need delivery until apartment door

At any cost our delivery staff will not enter into any of the apartment blocks and you will be notified 5 minutes in

advance before our delivery staff reaches so that you can come down and collect your delivery

- What If we are not at home during the time of delivery arrival

We request you to be there to receive your delivery, due to emergency if you can not collect due to

absence then please notify us so that we will arrange another slot. If it is not notified and to arrange another

slot we will be charging €5 for Dublin deliveries and based on the location the appropriate charges will be applicable 

- How do I get my free Voucher/How do i Redeem this voucher

As per our policy you will get €5 Voucher when you spend €50 and €10 Voucher when you

spend €100. This voucher is applicable only for registered customers, and it will be sent to

the registered email after the payment is successful. Ex:- Your net cart amount  has to

be €50 or more after any discounts/promotional vouchers. To redeem this voucher again

your cart has to be €50 for €5 voucher and €100 for €10 

Voucher cannot be Redeem on 20kg Rice , 20kg Atta and above Atta  and any promotional products

Note: The voucher are given with valid days example is 21 days It means that the purchase day is also calculate.

ex: Purchased on 17-12-2021 voucher is valid till 07-01-2021 00:00:00 ( 7th of January is 22nd day)

Note : Any discount vouchers are not valid on purchase of seasonal products like Fresh Mangoes alone .
