All our deliveries are done b/w 2pm-10pm. Any order which consists only Rice/Atta for 20kg or more or any combination making it 15kg or more will not be considered for free delivery. You must add atleast 50% of total invoice consisting other grocery items as well. If the following condition is not met, we may call you for an additional Delivery fee in such situation once the order is placed.
We deliver all over the Republic of Ireland . Free delivery is only applicable for Dublin 1 to Dublin 24 Customers and please make sure to read below terms and conditions if your order is qualified for free delivery or not. Rest all other areas are charged as per their address as below. We reserve the right to cancel order in case if we are unable to fulfil your order and the same will be communicated to you within the reasonable time. In case of any unfulfilled order, we will co-ordinate with the customer to arrange the possible alternate options. Same day delivery in Dublin is applicable only for the orders placed and paid before 12 Pm. All the orders placed after 12 Pm will be delivered next day. We Don't do door step deliveries, customers are requested to come to any designated parking spot of their apartment building. In case of Individual houses customers are requested to allot an authorized parking space for our delivery executives where they can park their cars. If you need any special assistance with delivery then you must let us know prior the delivery so that we can guide the same to our delivery executives.

Delivery Schedule and Charges
FREE Delivery all over the Dublin only on purchase of €40 & Above (Excluding 20kg or more Rice and Flour or combining 2 10kgs or combinations of 5kg &10kg)
FREE Delivery is not applicable for orders which consists ONLY SEASONAL FRUITS. It has to be mixed with other groceries worth of 50% or more of total Invoice amount .

Free Delivery is not applicable if you miss to take your order at first attempt . There will be €5.00 delivery charge for all second attempt delivery. The payment of €5 can be made either in form of Cash or you can select items worth €5 and make a payment on the website itself. We will consider it as a payment against the delivery missed and by any chance if you added items more than €5 then you must intimate us which item you want and which one you want us to consider as delivery fee. If no initimation is given to us then it solely depends on our staff which item they will send and which item they will take off. To avoid this please contact us if you are not at home for any reason and do let us know if there is any change in your schedule by 1pm.
We do Only Optional Deliveries on Sundays/Bank Holidays. Any order placed after 12 pm on Saturday may be delivered on Monday between 2-10pm.

Above schedule and charges can be changed or updated at any time,There is extra €1 Delivery charge for 20kg Rice & Atta irrespective of your order Amount due to heavy weight and more wear and tear of the driver's car. {Free delivery is applicable with Rice & Atta of or above 20kg when you order the other groceries worth of 50% or more of your total invoice amount, otherwise there is a €5 Delivery charge applicable on the order(This doesn't include €1 shipping charge applied default on rice/atta). The condition is applicable on 2 packs of 10kg Rice or Atta as well} Due to Rice ban only 1 Rice bag will be delivered to 1 customer.

Note: Although we always try to deliver as per our delivery schedule as above , sometimes we might not be able to deliver on the said day due to unforeseen circumstances, In such cases we will contact you to inform if there is any delays. If the delivery is dispatched from our store and customer is unable to collect their delivery due to any reasons then we will not refund any money but we again try to deliver the same order as per our delivery schedule at an additional cost of 5 Euro as delivery charge. Cancellation of order after 24hrs will cost 5 Euro. Our drivers do not ring the bell of customer's house until customer specifies under customer portal for the same.
Outside Dublin orders maximum Weight should not exceed 28Kgs. If the order increases by 28Kg then there will be an additional cost of €9.99 applicable on the order. We dont take any responsibility if the glass item gets damaged during the transit. We don't promise the parcel will come next day itself as there may be transit delays. If orders for outside Dublin are placed on Weekends or on Bank Holiday then they will not be delivered the next day.
Missing or Damaged Complaints out of Dublin: Any complain in relation to missing order or damaged goods received are processed through our third party service (DPD) and we will assist you by contacting them as soon as we receive any such complain. However we do not take responsibility of the complain made due to mishandeling of the parcel but we will try to assist you through third party delivery service and inform you their decision. AsianMart does not reimburse or take any responsibility for the third party deliveries.
Note:- Asianmart facilitates only household customers , if we think any of the orders falls under any other category other than household then we have full rights to cancel your order and we will refund the same money with in 10 working days.
